Mobile Commode Chair with White Seat and Pan — LC696

LC696 mobile assisted commode chair with a white seat, central opening, lid and collection pan underneath. The image shows four small castors, a shiny metal frame, armrests and an upper rear support. It can be positioned near a bed or within a care area to reduce the need to reach a fixed toilet.

Features

• A covered commode opening and removable pan for emptying and cleaning.
• Four small castors for repositioning and armrests for seated support.
• A smooth seat surface for wiping according to care instructions.

Use

1. Inspect seat, pan, castors and supports. Place on level ground and secure wheel brakes if fitted.
2. Help the user transfer and sit slowly while keeping the chair stable. Do not rely on unsecured wheels or supports to bear weight.
3. Raise the seat lid and check that the pan is centred beneath the opening for toileting.
4. After use, carefully remove, empty, clean and dry the pan, then wipe the seat and frame. Do not move the chair during transfers.
