Neal Cast Synthetic Casting Tape — Choose Width

Neal Cast is a synthetic casting tape used by trained clinicians to form an immobilizing cast when indicated. This range lists 2, 3, 4, and 5 in widths so the appropriate width can be selected for the treated area. The Neal Cast family combines fiberglass or polyester fabric with water-curing resin; verify the supplied variant, colour, and roll length on the package.

Professional application

1. Protect the area with stockinette and suitable cast padding. Wear gloves.
2. Open the roll at the time of use, immerse it in water for approximately 5–10 seconds, and squeeze gently.
3. Wrap in overlapping layers with light tension, then mold during the first few minutes.
4. Check patient comfort, skin, and circulation, and follow the manufacturer’s drying and cast-care instructions.

Width and companion supplies

Select the tape width according to the site and clinical plan. Soffban Synthetic padding, stockinette, and examination gloves are useful companion supplies; match the padding width to the cast. Confirm pack details and availability when requesting a quotation.
