Derma-Tulle sterile paraffin gauze, 10 \u00d7 20 cm, in a 50-piece box as shown on the product pack. Used as a primary contact layer for suitable superficial wounds and minor burns under clinical guidance, its paraffin-impregnated mesh helps reduce adherence while allowing exudate to pass into a secondary absorbent dressing. Check the individual sterile pouch and size before use.<\/p>\n

How to use<\/h3>\n

  1. Clean the wound as directed by a clinician and open the sterile pouch using an aseptic technique.<\/li>\n
  2. Place one layer over the wound, then add a suitable secondary absorbent dressing.<\/li>\n
  3. Secure with bandage or fixation tape and change according to exudate and the care plan.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
