Clear Protective Face Shield

A transparent face shield that provides a barrier in front of the face during tasks with a risk of splashes or sprays. The clear visor allows visibility while working. Select it alongside other protective equipment according to the task and facility procedures.

Before use

• Inspect the visor for damage and clear visibility. Check the headband or attachment instructions on the pack.
• Check fit, stability and the required facial coverage. Confirm dimensions and pack contents on the supplied item.
• Follow the manufacturer’s cleaning, reuse or disposal instructions. Sterility and reusability are not assumed.

How to use

1. Clean your hands, then put on the required protective equipment in the order specified by your facility.
2. Secure and adjust the shield using its designated attachment according to the product instructions. Check visibility and stability before starting.
3. Avoid touching the front during use. When removing it, hold the headband or rear attachment away from the front surface.
4. Dispose of it or place it in the designated cleaning area according to product and facility instructions, then clean your hands.

Suitable add-ons, ordered separately

Add nitrile examination gloves in the appropriate size when the task requires hand protection. Select a mask or respiratory protection and a protective gown according to the exposure assessment. A face shield alone does not replace these when required. The linked gloves are size L; check that the size is suitable before ordering.
